  • Creators must remain active within the community to maintain affiliate eligibility.
  • Nexus reserves the right to review affiliate participation and remove inactive accounts.

Affiliate Commissions

  • Affiliates earn commission only when a successful sale is generated through their affiliate approved promotional methods.
  • Commission rates typically range between 3% and 15% per item sold.
  • Commission percentages may vary depending on product type, supplier agreements, promotions, or special campaigns.
  • There is no earning limit; affiliates can earn as much as they wish through successful sales.
  • More sales generate higher overall commission earnings.

Affiliate Conduct

Affiliates agree to:

  • Promote products honestly and professionally.
  • Avoid misleading claims.
  • Follow all applicable advertising and marketing regulations.
  • Represent Nexus positively and professionally.

Nexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Events & Event Operations

Nexus acts primarily as:

While we strive to support event organisers and attendees, operational responsibility for individual events may remain with the event organiser or associated company.

8. Intellectual Property & Branding

All Nexus branding, logos, graphics, promotional materials, and related intellectual property remain the property of Nexus unless otherwise stated.

Paramax Branding

Any photographs, graphics, promotional materials, or content featuring Paramax or Nexus branding remain the intellectual property of Paramax and Martin Ali, unless written permission states otherwise.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of such materials is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nexus shall not be liable for:

  • Supplier delays.
  • Shipping disruptions.
  • Product availability changes.
  • Third-party event operations.
  • Technical website interruptions.
